A German-style Kolsch made with pilsner and wheat malt. Classic apple and pear notes from the special strain of yeast used make this light refresher complex and enjoyable.

A refreshing and slightly sour wheat beer with a touch of coriander, sea salt, and a bunch of fresh cucumbers. Super balanced and drinkable for the summer months. Kinda like a cucumber margarita meets beer!

A German-Style amber lager made with Vienna, Munich, and crystal malts. We went a little lighter on the color and depth of crystal malt for drinkability.

A hop-bomb of a beer. Tropical fruit, pine, citrus and spice all work to create a new-age IPA. This was brewed as part of the fundraiser Ales For ALS. Brewed once a year using an amazing blend of new and experimental hop varieties, $1 for every pint sold will go to the ALS Institute to help find a cure for ALS. A bone dry west-coast double. Heaps of Ekuanot, Amarillo, and Summit that would satisfy even the Sarge. To catch the hop, you must become the hop.

Stout made with traditional IrishStout malt, UK malts and yeast. Malty, clean, and balanced with a smooth coffee and chocolate finish. 5.7% ABV * 32 IBUs
