A German-style Kolsch made with pilsner and wheat malt. Classic apple and pear notes from the special strain of yeast used make this light refresher complex and enjoyable.

A tart wheat beer with raspberry, tart cherry, and dark sweet cherry. Brewed
in the style of Berliner Weiss, then re-fermented on the fruit for a delicious

Our Spring seasonal is a wheat beer made with Belgian yeast, and then finished with 130 pounds of fresh Murcott tangerines from Regier Farms. Pilsner, wheat malt, honey malt, and rolled oats.

HERITAGE ESB (ON NITRO)
Made with Crisp Chevallier Heritage malt originating from 19th century England. Almost a pound per barrel of whole leaf East Kent Golding in the hopback provides spice and fruit on the nose with a toasted malt and caramel finish.

NAME DROPPER IPA
We threw a party for some of the cool kids we know. This time Denali and Cryo Ekuanot showed up for the celebration of all things hops. Lemon pith and pineapple hop notes dominate.

SGT. STA-DANKO DIPA
A bone dry West-Coast Double IPA. Heaps of Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops that would satisfy even the Sarge. To catch the hop, you must become the hop.

Dry Stout made with traditional IrishStout malt, UK malts and yeast. Malty, clean, and balanced with a smooth coffee and chocolate finish. Get your St. Paddy’s day on! 5.7% ABV * 32 IBUs
A sweet stout made withUK malts and London yeast with a bit of Lactose sugar. Served on Nitro, it is a sweet chocolaty treat that finishes oh so smooth.
