KOLSCH ENOUGH

Kolsch-style ale made with pilsner and wheat malt. Yeast driven fruity esters make this light refresher complex and enjoyable...   5.3% ABV * 20 IBUs

HAPPY PILS

German pilsner malt, Saphir and NZ Wakatu in the whirlpool, and dry-hop. Classic pils taste with a west-coast edge. Take your happy pills! 
5.3% ABV * 35 IBUs 6.50.

ELEVEN-EIGHT

A British inspired “brown mild” with a west coast influence. Malty, with caramel and toasty biscuit notes, this one will please the foodies as it pairs well with many dishes. Lots of flavor but a clean dry finish.  4.8% ABV * 18 IBUs

PURE INTENTION

Pale Ale with a touch of specialty malts and dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado. Tropical, hoppy, and delicious. Silver medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival!  5.7% ABV * 45 IBUs

MAKE IT LOUD

West-coast DIPA. Nice and dry, with a balanced bitterness. Dry hopped with Equanot (Equinox), Hallertauer Blanc, and Centennial.   7.7% ABV * 65 IBUs

SOMETHING BRITISH
(ON NITRO)

UK malts and London yeast with a bit of Lactose sugar. Served on Nitro, it is a sweet chocolaty treat that finishes oh so smooth.  5.3% ABV * 27 IBUs

KITCHEN SINK PORTER

(ON NITRO)

We cleaned house and you’ll be glad we did! Lots of delicious toffee, caramel malt, coffee, and chocolate flavors. To top it off we hit it with some house-toasted organic coconut and put it on nitro.

TEN TON HAMMER

Our American Barleywine might surprise you. It is drier than most, but with a huge malt presence up front and a resinous hoppy balance in the finish. CTZ, Cascade, and Centennial hops.
11.9% ABV * 80 IBUs
