KICKSTART MY TART
A tart wheat beer with raspberry, tart cherry, and dark sweet cherry. Brewed
in the style of Berliner Weiss, then re-fermented on the fruit for a delicious
tart and fruity treat. 4.1% ABV * 1 IBUs
German pilsner malt, Saphir and NZ Wakatu in the whirlpool, and dry-hop. Classic pils taste with a west-coast edge. Take your happy pills!
5.3% ABV * 35 IBUs
HERITAGE ESB (ON NITRO)
Made with Crisp Chevallier Heritage malt originating from 19th century England. Almost a pound per barrel of whole leaf East Kent Golding in the hopback provides spice and fruit on the nose with a toasted malt and caramel finish.
5.6% ABV * 35 IBUs 6.50.
Pale Ale with a touch of specialty malts and dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado. Tropical, hoppy, and delicious. Silver medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival! 5.7% ABV * 45 IBUs
NAME DROPPER IPA
We threw a party for some of the cool kids we know. This time Loral, Cryo Simcoe, and Centennial showed up for the celebration of all things hops. 7.2% ABV * 60 IBUs
BRING THE NOISE
NE-Style “Hazy” IPA. Bursting with Citra and Galaxy hops, tropical fruit and citrus notes dominate the palate. Finishes dry and complex thanks to the special blend of yeasts we’ve been experimenting with.

HAZE OF THUNDER
A NE-DIPA that we brewed for special for Najas IPA Fest. Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe along with a blend of two yeasts to get the perfect balance of hops, haze, and juiciness!

SGT. STA-DANKO DIPA
A bone dry West-Coast Double IPA. Heaps of Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops that would satisfy even the Sarge. To catch the hop, you must become the hop.9.0% ABV * 70 IBUs
Stout made with traditional IrishStout malt, UK malts and yeast. Malty, clean, and balanced with a smooth coffee and chocolate finish. 5.7% ABV * 32 IBUs
