CUCUMBER GOSE
A refreshing sour wheat ale with toasted coriander, pink sea salt, and over 100 pounds of fresh SoCal grown Japanese cucumbers per batch. Balanced and drinkable, for those looking for a unique and delicious brew.

KOLSCH ENOUGH
A German-style Kolsch made with pilsner and wheat malt. Classic apple and pear notes from the special strain of yeast used make this light refresher complex and enjoyable. Gold medal at the 2019 LA International Beer Competition!

KŌKUA PROJECT
A wildfire relief fundraising brew spearheaded by Maui Brewing Company. Instead of a session IPA (which we aren’t too fond of as a style) we brewed using the same grains and hops as specified but made it a crispy and hoppy West-Coast Pale Ale instead, with Mosaic and Waimea in the dry hop. All donation funds from this brew will go thru Maui Brewing Company to distribute where needed the most. mauibrewingco.com/kokua/

Some may not have heard of Schwartzbier, but it is just a dark German-style lager that is deceiving light on flavor despite its almost black hue. This is not a stout! Lager heads, give it a try, we think you’ll like it.

A clean, easy drinking, and modern take on the traditional saison style. Brewed with a special farmhouse ale yeast and centennial and Czech Saaz hops for a citrusy bright nose and finish.

PURE INTENTION
Pale Ale with a touch of specialty malts and dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado. Tropical, hoppy, and delicious. Gold medal at the 2019 LA International Beer Competition & silver medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival!

DANK-O PALE
The o stands for organic. This danky pale ale is a little sibling to our Sgt Sta-Danko Dipa. Similar hop profile, but easier drinking for those who need some dank in their life but can’t handle a big abv beer. Made using simcoe, columbus, and some lupomax centennial mixed in for good measure. We also crafted this organic pale ale to reduce gluten to 25ppm or below. Bonus!

BRING THE NOISE IPA
NE-Style Hazy IPA, Sabro & Motueka (land a lot of it). In the whirlpool & lots of citra in the dry hop. Citrus, slight coconut, orange, lemon peel, Whisper of stone fruit.

SO MUCH CITRA IPA
West Coast IPA made with Citra leaf and pellet hops in the mash, boil, and brite tank! Mango, orange, lychee, and lime notes.

SOUTHERN HEMI
A light-bodied West Coast IPA made with all southern hemisphere hops: NZ Nelson, NZ Motueka. Bright notes of lime, lemongrass, and Chardonnay grape. These hops are hard to acquire so enjoy it while it lasts!

SGT. STA-DANKO DIPA
A bone dry West-Coast Double India Pale Ale. Hopped with leaps of Ekuanot, Bravo, Idaho 7, as well as El Dorado CO2 hop extract. This is a beer that would satisfy any hophead, even the Sarge. To catch the hop, you must become the hop.
